Shipping Policy
All orders ship from sunny California within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer delivery options ranging from 1-21 business days.

The buyer is responsible for all import taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by their country.  

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@playaluna.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

All orders shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address will ship via the USPS Mail Service.
