Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date.

To start a return, please email and include your order # in the subject line. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please pack your return with care. Items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Please note, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless store credit is selected. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded the total amount less any shipping costs, on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges are offered in the form of store credit. Once we've received and approved your return, you will be issued store credit within 48 hours. Please note, you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost when selecting store credit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom products (such as personalized items), gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for returns. 

Lost or Stolen Items
If your package is lost or stolen in transit please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You can use your tracking information to find the shipping carrier and service used.
