Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation, including a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update. All orders ship within one business day.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How should I take care of my jewelry?
We recommend keeping your jewelry away from perspiration, water, perfume, cosmetics, and chemicals. To maximize the life of your Playa Luna jewelry, please follow our Care Guide.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Sometimes things just don’t work out. It happens! We accept returns on all unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date.

There is an issue with my order. What should I do?
We inspect all our pieces and package them with care before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Venmo.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase a digital gift card here.
The gift card is sent to your email address immediately after your purchase and is instantly redeemable at playaluna.com.
Will I be charged taxes or duties on my order?
Domestic orders may be subject to sales and state taxes. These taxes are included in the final price of your order before completing payment.
International orders are subject to your country's import taxes and duties (including VAT). These are not included in the final price of your order. You will be responsible for all taxes and duties upon arrival.
Why didn’t my credit card go through?
Please review your credit card information, billing, and shipping address. If you’re still unable to place your order, please reach out to email@example.com so we can work to find a solution! We also suggest reaching out to your bank or credit card company for further assistance.
Why won’t my discount code work?
Please note that discount codes cannot be combined on a single order. Only one promo or discount code can be applied per order. Your discount code may not be working due to one of the following reasons:
- The product you wish to purchase is excluded from the current promotion.
- Your code has expired.
Can I change my order?
If you need to change your order, please contact us within one hour at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number and “Change to Order” in the subject line. We work quickly to fulfill orders so we can get your jewelry to you as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your change request, but we cannot make any guarantees.
